Finding a server
All Servers is the full catalogue, filterable by category and sortable by score, recency or stars. Compare puts several servers side by side on the same criteria. The Glossary explains MCP vocabulary if the protocol is new to you.
Every page exists in English and Chinese, and the language switch keeps you on the same server rather than sending you back to the homepage.
Reading a profile
A profile leads with what the server does and which tools it exposes, then the FMRS review, then the practical detail: permissions it requests, setup steps, client compatibility, risks, troubleshooting and use cases.
The star count, licence and last-commit date come from the source repository, not from us. “Last updated” is the repository's own activity, not the date the review was written.
The config generator
Each server has a configure page that produces a ready-to-paste JSON block for your client — Claude Desktop, Codex, Cursor and others — with the placeholders the server expects. Pick your client, read what the block does, then copy it.
You can edit the block in place and press Validate to have its JSON and shape checked. The text you submit is sent to this site's server to be checked and is not stored; even so, replace credentials with placeholders before validating anything, and never paste a real API key into a page you have not read.
Before you connect a server
An MCP server runs with whatever access you grant it and becomes reachable by your agent. Whatever the score says, read the source repository, narrow the directory or account scope to the smallest that works, start with a test account or read-only credentials, and confirm which tool side effects are reversible.
A server is missing, or a profile is wrong
Candidates are discovered from GitHub by rule, so a very new or very obscure repository may not have been picked up yet, and a profile may lag behind a repository that changed last week.
To suggest a server, report an error, or ask for your own repository to be corrected or delisted, write to [email protected] with the URL. Maintainer requests about their own repository are honoured.
